Edit order/vehicle

The orders and vehicles used to create a planning can be edited when the optimization is not running.

After changing this data, you can continue to run the optimization or just apply the changes without continuing.

Edit order

When a planning is created, it is possible to go to the order edit tab using the map or the planboard.

Map

There are three ways to go to the order edit tab using the map.

1/ When left clicking an order in the map, you can click on the pencil in the order pop up. 

 

2/ When right clicking an order in the map, you can select 'edit'.


3/ Select the order and press "E" on your keyboard

Plan Board

1/ Another way to edit an order is to right click an order in the plan board and select 'edit order'.


2/ Select the order in the plan board and press "E" on your keyboard



Edit Vehicle

When a planning is created, it is possible to go to the vehicle edit tab using the map or the planboard.

Map

To edit the vehicle starting from the map, right click on the route and select 'edit vehicle'. The application will open the 'edit vehicle' tab.


or: select the route on the map and press "E" on your keiboard

Plan board

When clicking the pencil, the edit vehicle tab will open.


Or: Click on the driver in the plan board and press "E" on your keyboard

You can now continue to run the optimization or just apply the changes without restarting the run.


Apply Changes

When applying changes, the changes you have made in the order or vehicle set will be applied in the planning but the planning will not change.

Any violations caused by the data changes on order or vehicles within the plan will be shown, not solved. You will hence be able to decide whether or not he will accept these possible violations or to solve them.


Continue

It is not required to click on 'apply changes'. You can also immediately continue running.
