So let's get you started!

We have created 4 small case studies that you can use to get to know OptiFlow. Each of them explains another functionality, and by going through these cases you will quickly understand how OptiFlow works. There are a lot more functionalities available than we have captured in these case studies, and we encourage you to try out any scenario you can think of! To give you some ideas we have included some potential scenarios at the end of the Case Study section.

1. Standard VRP: 198 orders in Belgium, 10 vehicles available at 1 start location → How to upload Excel files, Column Matching, Automatic Geocoding, Plan KPI's, Planboard, Gantt chart

2. Limited worktime: same order set, 10 vehicles with maximum 9h worktime → Maximum timespan vehicles, Suggestions for unplanned orders, Manually assign orders to routes
